
Brien Downie
CEO
Brien Downie has served as the CEO of Holman Logistics since June 2025. Brien leads Holman with a focus on continuing to provide an Extraordinary Service Experience for all Holman customers. Prior to his current role, Brien served at Holman Logistics as Vice President for 5 years and President for 6 years. Brien holds a B.A. in Media Management from Biola University and an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Mike Gardner
President
Mike Gardner has over 40 years of experience in the supply chain industry, having held CEO and other executive-level positions throughout his career. He is also a founding board member of the American Logistics Aid Network (ALAN) and serves on the board of the Miami University Center for Supply Chain Excellence. Mike holds an MBA in Finance from Southern Illinois University.

Haïm Dimer
Director of Information Technology
Haïm Dimer has 30 years of experience in the technology industry, including leadership roles in start-ups and large-scale enterprise organizations in the U.S. and Europe. As Director of IT, he maintains responsibility for all IT infrastructure and programs across the Holman network nationally. Haïm holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology and an Executive Master of Business Administration.
John Fredricks
Vice President of Operations
John is the Holman Vice President of Operations and has over 25 years of leadership experience in distribution center operations and supply chain logistics. He maintains responsibility for multiple locations across the U.S. John’s expertise includes high volume order fulfillment and re-distribution across a variety of industries, including MRO-building materials, beverage, appliance, and auto parts supplies. He has also led multiple facility start-ups and distribution center relocations throughout his career.
Don Hornsby
Director of Continuous Improvement
Don Hornsby has over 30 years with Holman Logistics working in a wide range of positions, including General Manager, Division Manager, National Operations Manager, and Transportation Manager. He is a Lean-Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a B.S. in Accounting, Integrated Supply Chain, and Operations Management from the University of Phoenix.
Matt Ireland
Director of Environmental Health and Safety
Matt is responsible for the administration and implementation of the industry-leading safety protocols across the Holman organization. With over 20 years of safety-focused experience, including 15 years at Holman, Matt has a passion for keeping all Team Members and the customers we serve safe and free from harm. He holds a B.S. in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University and holds CSP and SMS certifications from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.
Ted Kinney
Director of Operations
Ted has over 40 years of logistics and supply chain experience. As a Director of Operations, Ted is responsible for multiple locations of Dedicated Logistics customers at Holman. Ted obtained his degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Oregon.
Fred Olson
Vice President of Business Development
As VP of Business Development, Fred is responsible for new customer engagement and collaborates with Holman Logistics experts across the organization to develop custom supply chain solutions. Fred has over 30 total years of experience in the logistics industry and has been part of Holman Logistics for over 20 years.
Jason Pettit
Director of Operations
Jason joined Holman in 1998 and is currently responsible for multiple locations of Dedicated Logistics customers. During his tenure with Holman, Jason has held positions ranging from lift truck operator to operations manager and general manager. His extensive experience offers a sound foundation in necessary business fundamentals, allowing him to provide exceptional leadership. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington.
Jeremy Thompson
Director of Operations
Jeremy is a Director of Operations for Holman with responsibility for Multi-Client Warehousing facilities as well as Commercial and Brokerage Transportation Services. Jeremy joined Holman in 2017 and has over 25 total years of logistics industry experience. Jeremy holds degrees in Finance from Washington State University and Business Administration from Clark College.
